Arabella Park Beer Bar (Kitchener, ON) X Reverence Barrel Works (Cambridge, ON)

Brewed in collaboration with Reverence for our third birthday and inspired by Kitchener's Germanic history and the Berliner weisse style hailing from Germany. Traditionally, in its home country, this style gets served with a flavoured syrup - woodruff being a staple of the selections. This beer was fermented with a unique strain of Brettanomyces harvested from a 40 year old bottle in Germany from a now extinct brewery. Find aromas of mulled apple cider and floral spicy notes, and moderate acidity with flavours of apple skins, perfumey tamarind and subtle matcha.
