Badlands Brewing Company (Caledon, ON)

Using estate grown Centennial hops, Badland's doses the whirlpool with as much fresh picked hops as they can get in there, and then they proceed as normal with their regular IPA process. This is a unique beer in the sense that Badlands typically only use dried and pelletized hops, whereas in this beer these are wet (i.e. fresh from the bine) and completely unprocessed. You get a totally different aromatic contribution from them and it leads to a decidedly different beer that they can only make once per year around hop harvest time! Wet hopped with estate grown Centennial. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka and Motueka.
