Bellwoods Brewery (Toronto, ON)

Bounty Hunter is our Imperial Stout that's been conditioned on loads of toasted coconut and vanilla bean -- featuring notes of bitter chocolate, rich dark malts, and a subtle underbelly of tropical notes. In this special 11th anniversary edition of BH the beer was dosed with extra coconut (double!), and aged it for 14 months in bourbon barrels.
