Burdock Brewery (Toronto, ON)

A mix of sour barrel-aged Shiro and Golden plum beers, rested on Kumquats and blended with Chardonnay before bottling. It drinks like a beam of golden light, an electric crackle of citrus and mint, a memory of warm sunshine… or at the very least, like a beautiful combo of orange wine and vinho verde. It’s tart, citrusy, juicy and dreamy! Drink fresh or cellar accordingly!
