Burdock Brewery (Toronto, ON)

Roseale is a Grape Ale, aged on cab franc skins from the 2018 harvest, then barrel aged for 2 years, then bottle conditioned for a year! This is the oldest beer Burdock's released (3 years old!) but it’s truly a bright and vibrant sparkling rosé beer. Tastes like structured sparkling watermelon & lychee jolly rancher rosé.
