Jester King is excited to release their latest batch of Snörkel — farmhouse ale brewed with alderwood smoked sea salt and oyster mushrooms. For this batch, they used golden oyster mushrooms grown by Smallhold in Austin. They added both the mushrooms and smoked sea salt hot side during the boil. Aside from the adjunct ingredients, they kept it pretty simple with this dry, drinkable farmhouse ale. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, & naturally conditioned.
