Neon Eon Wine (Okanagan Valley, BC)

Sourced from a single organic vineyard in West Kelowna. The grapes sees wild whole cluster fermentation for 10 days. Bottled toward the end of fermentation, and hand-disgorged. This vintage sees a more frizzante style of bubbles, with a softer quality. This plays perfectly with the mature and slightly oxidative quality of the fruit with its touch of residual sweetness. Like mature Champagne on the nose and off-dry Chenin on the palate. It has ripe golden fruits with a unique and distinct florality. It’s sophisticated and counter-culture all at once. Like wearing a tie over a t-shirt.
