This year both these breweries selected for one of the best hops out there: Nelson Sauvin! There are few things more fascinating in this industry than seeing how different breweries' hop selections vary. It is truly a look inside of the minds and flavor preferences of the people behind the beer. So Badlands thought it would be fun to do a Nelson swap (hence the name of the beer) and brew a beer with 100% Messorem selected Nelson hops. The beer is a delectable bounty of intense New Zealand hops. Tropical fruit, gooseberry and white wine. Sensational.
