ERO V is a blend of one year old barrel aged beers rested on 3 tonnes of de-stemmed Pinot Noir skins acquired from Pearl Morissette, then racked onto a heap of Montmorency sour cherries. This is a little bit lighter and brighter than IV, but the pinot noir strawberry shortcake shines and the sour cherries radiate. High class Shirley Temple energy. Bottle conditioned.
