Blend of Golden Sour Beers Aged in Oak Barrels with Pinot Noir Wine Pomace. The base beers used in this blend were two barrels of Small Pony's lambic inspired golden beers and two barrels of their experimental buckwheat Berliner Weisse beer, aged for over a year. The vines at KIN are clones from Burgundy and represent the first and only Pinot Noir planting in the Ottawa Valley.
