Neon Eon Wine (Okanagan Valley, BC)

Organically grown fruit from a single vineyard in West Kelowna. A blend of 60% Gewurztraminer, 20% Schonburger, and 20% Gruner-Veltliner. Whole cluster, semi-carbonic, and skin-macerated for 10 days, then manually pressed. Simple techniques, creating something wild and untamed! This wine has aromas and lots of them! Flowers, fruits, spices, herbs, you name it, it’s got it! It’s intense and breezy all at once. Nostalgic florals, fermenting fruits with tropical tones. There's no one definition here. You can only experience it for yourself. Effortless in the mouth with a salty bitterness on the finish aiding how easily it drinks. A prismatic trip through primordial time and space.
