Paradise Grapevine (Toronto, ON)

Thirst Trap is a canned Pét-Nat made by fermenting direct press Vidal juice on lightly pressed Cabernet Franc skins for 3 days. This is a technique P.G experimented with in 2020 (remember Pep Talk?) and expanded during their 2021 vintage. Inspired by their love of sparkling red wine, Thirst Trap is a deep red colour, low in tannin, fleshy, grapey and honestly just tastes like the colour purple.
