Are you open for business?

YES! We have a 4000 sq.ft. patio with lots of shade, and lots of space to stay physically distant. 


What are your hours?

Currently, our hours are Wednesday + Thursday 4-10PM, and Friday + Saturday + Sunday 2-10PM. That said, the world is changing rapidly, as does the weather, and we may change our hours of operation with little notice. Please stay tuned to our Instagram page for the most up-to-date hours: @arabellaparkbar, or peep our "Patio Hours" page. 


Are you still doing takeout?

We can do takeout during opening hours, as long as our kitchen isn't too busy with regular service. Give us a call approx. 30 minutes before you'd like to pick up your order to see if we can accommodate. You can also order takeout in person - just let our staff know that you're here to take food to go, and they'll point you in the right direction. 


Do you have indoor tables?

At this point in time, we do not have tables available for indoor dining.
 

Do you take reservations?

Nope, it's first come, first served. If you're wondering whether there is a wait for tables, just give us a call. 


How do things work at Arabella?

When you arrive, please take a few moments to read our policies and procedures written on our big blue A-frame signs out front. Our staff will greet you at the entrance, get your contact information (as per Regional contact tracing requirements), and find you a table. There might be a wait for a table - we'll quote you your wait time to the best of our ability. If there's a wait, we'll ask you to hang out in the vicinity so we can come get you when a table is available. 
We still operate as bar service only, as always. This means you order your food and drinks at the bar, with lots of room to physically distance. If you order food, it will be delivered to your table. You may start a tab at the bar by leaving a sanitized credit card with us. Otherwise, you can pay as you go. 
To help keep our frontline staff safe, we've set up some stations around the patio where you can recycle your used cups and place your used plates and cutlery in sanitized bins. Thank you very much for your cooperation and kindness!


Do I have to wear a mask?

Since you will be going indoors to order your drinks and food at the bar, YES the Region of Waterloo Face Covering Bylaw applies. For the safety of yourself, our staff, and your fellow Arabella patrons, please bring a mask to wear while ordering indoors or using our restrooms. We're all in this together. 


Do you allow minors?

Yes! All ages are welcome on our patio. However, we do not have high chairs or booster seats. 


Can I bring my dog to your patio?

Unfortunately, Ontario Health and Safety laws do not allow dogs on restaurant patios. However, we're totally down with you tying up your doggo on the outside perimeter of our patio. We'll make sure to get you a table next to the fence so you can be near your pup. 


How do I order from your Bottle Shop?

Check out our ever-expanding selection of beer, wine, and cider here. You can purchase in person at the bar during regular hours. As per Ontario law, alcohol purchased to-go must be accompanied by food. If you're not already ordering food to enjoy on our patio or as takeout, we'll throw in an order of our tasty Sikil Pak & Chips for $1 to keep it legal. 


Where can I park?

There is lots of street parking on Belmont Ave, as well as a parking lot across the street from us (beside Raja).
