Dazed was born from the idea of creating a lactose free stout experience that is still full bodied, rich and creamy. To achieve this oats were cold steeped overnight in a mash tun creating oat milk which was used as brewing water. The result was the perfect base to which copious amounts of local maple syrup was added throughout the process. Friends at Durand Coffee Shop selected a delicious Ethiopian variety of coffee that circulated the finished beer through for 48 hours.
