A German-style Hefeweizen made with day old bread. A food waste management strategy that imparts a beautiful bread-crust flavour and salinity. A traditional decoction mash and German noble hops create a rich and textured base for the yeast to shine. Its balanced aromas of banana, brown spice, and Riesling notes harmonize with fresh bakery flavours from the malt and bread. The natural carbonation accentuates its fluffy mouthfeel.
