Badlands Brewing Company (Caledon, ON)

Pedestal is Badland's line of single hop beer where they single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory. This particular version uses a new trial hop from Freestyle Hops: Manilita. This is a hop Badlands is particularly excited to try. They smelled it for the first time this year and it knocked their nose-socks off. It was, bar none, the best smelling cut of hops they smelled in the last year, and it’s a hop they have both never heard of or tried. They are very very excited to see how it performs in our beer!
