Beerlab! (London, ON)

Beerlab! was asked by the team at Third Moon Brewing (Bebo & Chris) to join them (and a bunch of other amazing breweries) on fun new series of beers, aptly named “Breakfast Club”. The idea was to make a beer that makes you think about a breakfast/brunch drink or meal. Beerlab! went in “brunch” direction with a super rich, chocolatey porter with coffee and marshmallows. You'll ge that chocolatey, marshmallow goodness right away, with the coffee coming through to cut the sweetness, and help round out this Porter. This will remind you of the mocha marshmallow squares your families would bring for a sweet/savory dessert when visiting family or friends.
