Beerlab! (London, ON)

As always, Beerlab! is looking to make small, meaningful changes to each beer they brew. This time they’ve changed up the yeast they traditionally use in their sour beers and altered the hops in the dry hop. Enigma, Idaho 7 Cryo and Citra make this beer balance nicely between fruity and sour, with loads of citrus and passion fruit vibes. Sour beer season is quickly drawing to a close, grab some and enjoy.
