七 (Seven) encapsulates the growth, exploration, and dedication to simplicity of Godspeed's humble brewery. Sklepník Plzeň-Style Pale Lager conditioned in pitch-lined Pilsner Urquell barrels was transferred into a stainless steel tank where it aged gracefully on Brettanomyces for seven months. After lengthy bottle conditioning, what was once a simple Pale Lager has transformed into something entirely new.
