Godspeed's Toronto-crafted pale lager collaboration represents a reinvention of their classic Bůh recipe with the help of Brewmaster Adam Brož and his prolific team. They used a mash hopping technique to amplify the Saaz hop character, and double decocted the mash before lagering for 12 weeks. Naturally carbonated. Simple, yet elegant.
