Poderi Cellario (Piedmont, Italy)

Orange wine vinified with maceration of a week or two with the skins, it has spontaneous fermentation and is not clarified. After racking, it is aged in amphorae and cement in our underground cellar. The maceration gives it a long and slightly tannic finish. Retains a natural opalescence. Offered in a fun one liter bottle! Unfiltered wine.
