Poderi Cellario (Piedmont, Italy)

Rosé wine produced from the bleeding of two important vineyards. The contact with the skins lasts for about a day, so that it can ferment with its own yeasts. This wine is aged in cement tanks, unclarified and unfiltered wine. The nose releases red fruits and spices, the mouth is fresh with a nice final tannin. Spontaneous fermentation.
