Rouge River Brewing Company (Markham, ON)

Hello Non-Alc! It’s all the buzz these days (no pun intended), so Rouge River figured they’d give it a go. Fermented with their house ale strain (currently Cosmic Punch from Omega Labs), they dry hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic for notes of blueberry and grapefruit with a touch of coconut from the addition of Sabro into the boil. All the flavour you’d expect from our IPAs without the alc.
