Slake Brewing (Picton, ON) X Burdock Brewery (Toronto, ON)

This is the second collaboration Slake has done with their pals at Burdock Brewery in Toronto. They called it Lake Burd (get it?!) and it's a very nice rice lager made with local Barn Owl Malt and 20% sushi rice. It's extremely smooth with a great drinkability! Light sweetness and a mild bitterness from a Tettenang hop addition. Brewed in celebration of Slake's 4th anniversary.
