Sonnen Hill Brewing (Caledon, ON) X Escarpment Labs (Guelph, ON)

Brewed with Czech pilsner malt and hopped with lots of Saaz. This beer showcases Escarpment Labs' Premium Pils yeast. Malt aromas of bread, caramel and honey with spicy and herbal notes. Rich malt flavours accompanied by a firm bitterness. A well-rounded and easy-drinking lager.
