Town Brewery (Whitby, ON)

Easy Peasy is a carbonated herbal tea made with lemon, orange, hibiscus and Cascade hops. Town experimented with tons of different combinations, and at times it seemed not worth it, but it finally started to come together and they are so incredibly happy with this final product. The lemon and the orange combine to make it distinctly refreshing and fruity and the hibiscus and Cascade hops balance everything out. It's an amazing late night alternative, early morning thirst quencher, or even used as a mix for your favourite elixir.
