Town Brewery (Whitby, ON) X Rouge River Brewing Company (Markham, ON)

A few weeks back Town had the opportunity to get together with the fine people Rouge River to collaborate on two different beers. They wanted to brew up a nice big hazy IPA for y'all but wanted to add in a little extra spice. They decided we would use a new hop product called Spectrum. Spectrum is an all liquid hop product that delivers true dry hop flavours and aroma. Imagine the finest hop pellets known to man, in liquid form. This is the first time Town has ever used Spectrum - hence the name First Rodeo. Their half of the collab focused on Mosaic hops and wheat and it turned out great. It's a big juicy citrus bomb, with some background flavours of passionfruit and some subtle blackberry.
