73% Vidal juice, 25% Cabernet Franc grapes and 2% from Merlot skins from Watson Vineyard Niagara-on-the-Lake. Co-fermented Vidal juice and Cabernet Franc, with Ripasso Merlot Skins. Slow cold fermented for months. Allowed to settle and bottled unfined unfiltered. Light, and juicy, not acidic, drinks a bit like a dry rose. It smells like a bag of jolly ranchers and it's the perfect first sip of the day.
