True History Brewing (Toronto, ON)

In Vienna, the ‘beisl’ refers to the bistro. This beer is True History's take on what they’re calling a “modern” Vienna-Style Lager. Using entirely malt from @sugarcreekmaltco, an extensive decoction mash, and a very long conditioning time, Beisl Bier was meant to emulate the modern day Vienna Lagers you’ll find at many of the bistros mentioned above.
