True History Brewing (Toronto, ON)

Outside of being made purely so the name can complete its own sentence - “Hi, can I have Something Italian?” - this beer was inspired by the classic Italian Lagers. Moretti. Menabrea. These are the beers that came to mind for us. Easy drinking beers that remind you of living the European lifestyle. Relaxed and care-free. Something Italian was brewed using almost entirely an Italian pilsner malt grown near the Adriatic Sea. Some light noble hop additions and then - most importantly - time to get us to where we are now.
