True History Brewing X Great Lakes Brewing Company (Etobicoke, ON)

Using a raw Oaxacan green corn grown by Caleb at Sugar Creek Malt. THB used a cereal mash to once again extract as much of the natural corn flavour as they could. They wanted to use something native to Mexico in this beer, and this historical corn is still used in the region to make green masa.
