Concord Spritz is a vibrant, locally-focused elixir made in collaboration with Restaurant Pearl Morissette (RPM). Made with concord grapes, Italian prune plums, lemon verbena, holy basil, vinegar, & maple syrup. This cocktail features a beautiful concord grape-forward nose backed by hints of citrus and flowers. On the palate a delicate blend of fresh grapes and pruny plums take the lead with an undeniable candied citrus and field berry finale. We feel this is a fine expression of the great ingredients we have available here in Ontario.
