Brasserie Cantillon (Anderlecht, Belgium)

Blend of Lambics and raspberries at a rate of 200 g per liter. Beer with a tangy, fruity and fragrant taste. As with Kriek, Rosé de Gambrinus will present maximum “fruitiness” if tasted young. Age will indeed allow the Lambic to fully express itself, to the detriment of the fruit.
