East Street Cider (Goderich, ON)

Après is a cider-based seltzer. This second iteration blends the selzter in to bring this bubbly refresher down to an easy 4% ABV. Organic natural raspberry extract is mixed in and then it's steeped on locally sourced lemon balm. A super light crusher akin to an alcoholic Lacroix.
