Fine Balance Brewing Company (Kingston, ON)

Aged in bourbon barrels for more than 18 months, Fine Balance collaborated with their friends at Kingston's juniper to choose a coffee blend that would add complexity and nuance to this beer. In the end, they decided on Pilot’s signature Heritage blend, which offers soft chocolate and caramel notes, delivering a smooth and balanced imperial stout which is easy drinking with a lingering, comforting finish.
