Barncat Artisan Ales (Cambridge, ON)

In early 2020 Barncat brewed a wheatwine with local maple syrup. The majority of that batch went into Bourbon barrels and eventually became their 6th anniversary beer. A small portion was bottled directly and allowed to mature in the bottle for more than 3 years. This is that beer.
