Field Hand is Redtail's purest expression of Pinot Noir. It's simply made, with absolutely no additions from harvest to bottle. Aged in stainless steel and bottled young under crown cap to preserve freshness. A perfumed and elegant Pinot Noir with a pretty, complex nose of dark berries and earth. Delicately balanced with a crunchy palate of red fruit flavour and lingering finish.
