78% Riesling, 22% Gewürztraminer. Fermented using non-selected, wild, yeast. Whole berry fermented, 85% neutral French oak puncheons and 15% clay amphora. 32 days skin contact. Full malolactic fermentation. Matured 6 months in the oak and clay vessels, 2 months stainless steel. Bottled without fining or filtration. Vegan friendly and bone dry.
