Counterpart Brewing (Niagara Falls, ON) X Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery (Ayr, ON)

For this one, Counterpart did a bit of a play on Willibald’s flagship triple IPA, Where The F*** Is Ayr? which features the trio of Citra, Galaxy and Amarillo. They kept the grain bill more or less in line with their usual triple base and deployed an all @freestylehops trio of NZ Cascade, Peacharine and Southern Cross. Expect this one to drink like straight fruit nectar, bursting with fresh cantaloupe, lychee, pink guava, sauvignon blanc, white gummy bears and passionfruit with a big, plush mouthfeel and soft, fuzzy bitterness.
