Badlands Brewing Company (Caledon, ON)

This year Badlands selected for the varietal Citra, otherwise known as the GOAT (not actually, but let’s be honest, this hop basically made IPA what it is today) and it was a lovely variety to select for. This year they were stuck between 2 different lots, like really stuck, and couldn’t choose. Both were so lovely… Then they pulled up some raw oil composition data and one lot jumped off the sheet. Quite literally the highest they’ve ever seen in basically every oil metric and grown by one of their favourite farms, @colemanagriculture.Choosing it became a no brainer.
