Spaltz de Noël is a classic Euro Bière de Noël. It’s brewed with a semi-rich brown ale base and features a hefty kick of fresh Christmas spices (think mulled wine). Made with Burdock's Alsatian collaborators from Bar Pompette. Expect flavours of amaro, gingersnap cookies, and Christmas fruit cake (the good kind).
