Counterpart Brewing (Niagara Falls, ON) X Fine Balance Brewing Company (Kingston, ON)

For this one, Counterpart got taken to school by the oat cream masters over at Fine Balance and together, dialled in the lactose additions to achieve that perfect level of elevated creaminess and light, juice-like sweetness. From there, they tossed some Citra DynaBoost in the kettle and then dry hopped it with the all @freestylehops powerhouse combo of Peacharine, Nectaron and Maui Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief. Expect this one to drink like a fresh squeezed fruit cocktail, overflowing with flavours of nectarine, lychee, Fuzzy Peach candy, passionfruit and pineapple.
