Delinquente Wine Co (Riverland, Australia)

Made with Bianco D’Alessano, a somewhat obscure variety from Italy's Puglia region, this Pét Nat is awash with herbal aromatics, zesty lemon sherbet and some whole-bunch sappy notes with a lovely creamy bead and crunchy acidity. A cooler vintage in the Riverland region resulted in lower alcohol levels and a touch more savouriness to this year's Tuff Nutt. This is summer in a bottle right here!
