Blackburne is a colossal stout in honour of the secretive and strange ritual behind every Major League baseball. This ginger snap cookie version of this annual beer pours black and opaque with a mocha foam, giving aromas of ginger, molasses and sweet spice. Blackburne is viscous and smooth, saturated with the gentle bite of ginger and decadent caramelized sugars, followed by a balanced bitterness that gives way to a full and warming finish.
