Stillfields Brewery (Meaford, ON)

This 2023 incarnation of Marquette is crafted with wort directly from the cool ship, then aged on Marquette skins remaining from a wine fermentation. After one week of fermentation, the beer is transferred into barrels for one and a half months before being artfully blended with natural Marquette wine. The end product is a sophisticated fusion, with subtle notes of funk complemented by the dominant flavour of Marquette. Please note bottles are corked and capped for cellaring.
